Needless to say the girls parents are less than thrilled leading to sadie getting a consequence in the form of a prohibition on her favorite chocolate for a week and eva getting a new professional haircut. The book was inspired by the viral recording of npr reporter jeff interviewing his two little girls explaining the worst haircut ever.

Unfortunately cutting hair is not as easy as it looks. In this hilariously sweet tale of cutting hair eva gets a new hairdo and sadie realizes that its okay to make mistakes as long as you learn not to make the same one again. Each snip brings another and then another.

Is a book that ill gladly read aloud over and over again. Was journalist jeff cohens debut picture book and was apparently in fact it is the worst haircut ever. Its well written and beautifully illustrated.
